Website Suggestion:

Get rid of that super annoying popup window. It opens every time I change pages. If you find it necessary to keep, have it open only on the home page or something. It seems pointless to me either way, seeing as how it only partially opens for me. The portion of the popup that is supposed to be over the embedded video doesn't show.

Thank you, I have eliminated the pop-up! What other ideas do you have?

Much better! I'll let you know if I have any other suggestions when I get a chance to really take a look at the site.
