No boil kits
I am a wine maker, and was wondering how the No boil beer kits are?

Re: No boil kits
I don't personally have any experience with them, but I recall on a wine forum, some fellas really liked them. I suppose, in theory, if it's finished wort, that's reduced down (not boiled, that would eliminate any hop flavor/aroma) would be just fine. As long as it's quality, I suppose you could make quality beer with them.

I tasted one by a home brew store, it was good, but it tasted a little yeasty. But it brews like wine, only faster.

Re: No boil kits
Well, tasting "yeasty" is probably more of a process issue than ingredients. It was probably either fermented too warm, or bottled too soon. If it tastes good otherwise, I say go for it!
