Looking for clones of: Moretti; Kingfisher
I have successfully made a few clones that came out quite well. I also just bought the book "Clone Brews", which I recommend.
When I go to one of my favorite Indian restaurants, they have Kingfisher, which goes great with the spicy food. Anyone have a recipe for this one?
While I am at it, I am also liking the Moretti pilsner, not the red. I have the recipe for the doppel malto in "Clone Brews", but not the pilsner.
Anyone have these?

Re: Looking for clones of: Moretti; Kingfisher
I have a list of simple extract ingredients.
Muntons Premium Pilsner
Finishing Hops Saaz hop pellets 20grams
Brewcraft #15 Beer Enhancer 1kilogram (given that you probably don't have brewcraft outside Aus, it is a mix of glucose and corn syrup, and a bit of malt extract)
Final Volume 21litres
Alc 4.9%
ferment at about 12 degrees celsius
I think the hops are meant to be simmered for about two minutes.
Sorry I dont have an all-grain or more interesting recipe.
Joseph.
