Productive day

Postby curlyfat » Mon May 31, 2010 4:08 pm

Yesterday I brewed 15 gallons. A personal record for me! I did a ten gallon batch of amber (new 12g fermentor had to be broken-in), and a 5 gallon batch of weizen. Now I need more friends...

Curlyfat, friends you can find!

It does take quite a bit of work to brew a batch (all grain which is what I believe you do, as do I) and I have often wondered if it would make more sense to brew more than my normal 5 gallen batch. I think reading your post, that it might be....another opportunity to spend some money on more gear....

I want to spend my next disposable income on kegging, but following that, I will follow suit and brew more than 5 gallen batches.

Great work. let us know how it all turns out.
