Description:
I wanted a nice brew to quaff in the summer. One that wasn’t too heavy but yet one that wasn’t too light.Well this is a little on the light side but high on the alcohol scale. This took a long time to ferment out (about 3 weeks in the primary and 10-14 days in the secondary). When this went into the secondary the gravitie was 1.010.It started to ferment again in the secondary which lowered the finall to 1.004.This is a style similar to Budweiser,Miller, and Pabts.None of theese I really enjoy.
