Remote temperature monitoring discovery
Well, I'm admittedly new to the craft, so perhaps you've already discovered this one, but I recently put the remote temperature monitor, (that came with our weather console) which is typically outdoors, into the basement refrigerator (where I brew), and now I can monitor the brew temperature on the weather console in our kitchen. Never thought that little unit could transmit through refrigerator walls! No one else around the house has noticed, guess they think it's still in the 40s outside!
