Should You Be Able to See Signs of Carbonation?
bottled 2 weeks ago and other than some yeast on bottom it just looks like amber liquid. not a bubble one. is it only obvious when bottle is opened?

That is the way I usually test them. Plus you get to have a beer lol.

You cant tell unless you open it.
I would try one at the 2 week mark & see how it is. Toss it in the fridge for a couple hours & then pour into a nice clean, room temp glass.
