Using beer to make bread
For me, I don't even try to bake a bread by using a beer in flavor. However, I am planning to do a bake bread by using a beer, but I don't' what is the procedure of that?

Re: Using beer to make bread
I believe you would simply replace the amount of water you would normally use with beer.
I doubt if the beer is going to contribute a whole lot of flavor though.
You'd probably get better results by using some of the spent grains to make the bread with.
