Well I don't have the equipment to brew outside so much to my daughters dislike I do all the brewing in the kitchen lol. My fermenting is done in our second bathroom. It has a ceramic shower stall that was never used so I put shelves in and went to town. The temp stays down pretty good (hard to do in AZ) and if I end up with a mess, easy cleanup.

I was banished to the garage after my 1st batch inside(boilover of course & the smell)

I steep my gains inside and boil outside in the garage. And with all this snow outside, it makes for a cheap way to cool the wort.
