My White Welches made from frozen concentrate is turning out to be my favorate at this point, its so simple and the oak is awsome in it. Course I dont have 1000s of bottles of home made stuff yet like you do. My new pinot with 4 cans of concentrate is turning out real good too. Now I dont have to go to Wal-Mart any more to buy wine.

Just before I bottled last time I took couple of 2.5 gal bottled water dispensers and popped the cap off and siphoned the water out and filled them up with some red in one and white in the other, capped it, and now I have Randy-chuck-in-a-buck LOL plastic boxes of wine.
