wyeast & nottingham info. & hops
I have sold a few thousand packs of nottingham in the last 10 months & i love it & thats all i use. But i guess they had a problem at the "yeast breeding facility" whatever they call it. No more nottingham until who knows when. One of my wholesalers said late next month & another said they had no idea when they can get it. Just thought i would share.
Also, I now have WYEAST 1056 american ale liquid 125ml activator packs in stock. I might try one this weekend & see how i like it since my beloved nottingham is almost gone.
& i just got 5 pounds of whole leaf cascades.

You plan on getting your hands on Safbrew T58?
I just bought 5 packs of it online. It's hard to find someone that carries it, and does decent (read: doesn't gouge) on shipping charges. I'm a fermentis man. I started using their dry yeasts, and now I'm hooked. Smaller lag times, more vigorous fermentations. If they added a few more yeasts to their line, I might never use liquid yeast again!
FERMENTIS ROCKS!
Cheers

I will order some SAFEBREW T-58 on my next order. I can ship 4 packs for about $1.50.
I use priority mail for all of our small stuff & its way cheap. The flat rate envelope can hold 300 bottlecaps. Or i think i can get a pound of hop pellets in it & its only $4.80 anywhere in the us. & fairly cheap international too.
A couple weeks i will have them if you are interested.
If there is any other items you guys are looking for let me know. I can get anything & i will try to beat other shops prices!!
